Device Support Solution

From a customer experience perspective, finding a balance that ensures users remain productive balanced against meeting the requirements of security policy and compliance is a challenge. SetupMy understands this and provides a support solution that is relevant and convenient, focusing on proactive avoidance and rapid fixes for user problems. Where SetupMy is engaged to provide these services, SetupMy staff will perform remote support for Level 2-3 incidents and will be responsible for engagement of OEMs as necessary to resolve problem tickets that require OEM-level changes or support.

  • Resolving incidents detected or reported to our level 2-3 support
